Quadratic minima and modular forms II, by Barry Brent
We prove that a level two, weight k modular form with non-zero constant term
has a non-zero Fourier coefficient for a positive exponent not exceeding the
dimension of the level two, weight k vector space of modular forms. We
obtain a corresponding bound for the least positive integer represented by an
even, positive, level two quadratic form.
