p-adic Arakelov theory Local theory, by Amnon Besser

We develop the local part of a p-adic version of Arakelov theory on curves. This includes the construction of the (almost) canonical Green function and of the Faltings volume on the determinant of cohomology. There is also a comparison with the Coleman-Gross p-adic height and with the Green functions developed by Colmez.
