Course Description: General education course in mathematics, for students who do not have mathematics as a central part of their studies. The goal is to convey the spirit of mathematical thinking through topics chosen mainly from plane geometry.

Chapters: 1. Sets of Axioms and Finite Geometries
3. Convexity
4. Modern Euclidean Geometry, Theory, and Applications (omit 4.4)
5. Constructions
9. Non-Euclidean Geometries

Note: A compass is required for Chapter 5.

Prerequisite: Three years of high school mathematics, including two years of algebra and one year of geometry.
