Random homoclinic chaos.
We give a short introduction to chaotic behaviour of random dynamical systems in discrete time and in particular we describe via a random version of the Birkhoff-Smale Theorem how random homoclinic points lead to chaos. For stochastic systems in continuous time we discuss the appearnce of random homoclinic points and present a version of Melnikov's method applicable to randomly perturbed differential equations.
