On the Spectral Radius Conjecture in Two Dimensions

The general theme is that of Harmonic Analysis Techniques in Partial Differential Equations, with emphasis on the applications of Calderon-Zygmund theory to elliptic boundary value problems in non-smooth domains. In the context of singular integral operators, the focus is the so-called Spectral Radius Conjecture for which I will survey some of the most recent progress.
