Extension categories and their homotopy, by Amnon Neeman and Vladimir Retakh

Let $C$ be a Waldhausen category. The associated homotopy category may be enriched over the homotopy category of spectra, in a natural way. We prove the existence of the enriching structure. The construction is based on an old idea of Robinson.
