Dihedral Lie algebras and Galois symmetries of the pro-l fundamental group of P^1 minus 0, infinity and N-th roots of unity., by Alexander Goncharov

This is a better version of the paper with the same title posted about a year ago in the K-theory archive. We study the Lie algebra of the image of the absolute Galois group acting on the fundamental group appeared in the title and realte it to the geometry of the modular varieties for some congruence subgroups of GL_m(Z).
