Torsion in the higher Chow groups, by Reza Akhtar

We compute the torsion subgroup of the higher Chow group CH^{d+s}(X,s) of zero-dimensional cycles, where X is a smooth projective variety of dimension d over an algebraically closed field k, and s>0 is an integer. (The case s=0 corresponds to Roitman's Theorem) The main tool used is a generalized Milnor K-group; the paper also contains some auxiliary results related to these groups.
