Algebraic Cobordism, II, by Marc Levine
In this paper, we complete the program started in our joint work with
F. Morel, Algebraic Cobordism I, by defining pull-back maps in algebraic
cobordism for local complete intersection morphisms. This gives algebraic
cobordism the structure of an oriented Borel-Moore homology theory on finite
type k-schemes, where k is a field admitting resolution of singularities. We
also extend many of the results of Algebraic Cobordism I, such as the degree
formulas, to local complete intersection schemes.
