On motivic cohomology with Z/l-coefficients, by Vladimir Voevodsky

In this paper we give a proof of the Bloch-Kato conjecture relating motivic cohomology and etale cohomology. It is a continuation of the paper about motivic cohomology with Z/2-coefficients posted two years ago. Our proof depends on some recent results of Markus Rost.
