Borel-Moore Functors and Algebraic Oriented Theories , by Mona Mocanasu
Borel-Moore functors for singular schemes and algebraic oriented
theories for smooth pairs of schemes are classical, but different
tools. The aim of this paper is to give a canonical construction which
explains when these two structures are equivalent, namely when a
Borel-Moore functor arises from an algebraic oriented theory and what
type of algebraic oriented theories can be constructed from a
Borel-Moore functor.
