Geometric motives and the h-topology, by Jakob Scholbach

The main theorem of this paper is a reinterpretation of Voevodsky's category of geometric motives: over a field of characteristic zero, with rational coefficients we obtain a description of the category avoiding correspondences by using the h-topology.
