A remark on transitivity of Galois action on the set of uniquely divisible abelian extensions of E(bar Q) by Z^2, by Misha Gavrilovich

We formulate a somewhat unusual universality property of the Poincare's fundamental groupoid functor restricted to a subcategory of algebraic varieties; we prove the property in a particularly simple case related to elliptic curves, using results on Galois representations.
