In this paper, we investigate 2-complete stable motivic homotopy
theory over algebraically closed fields of characteristic 0. We
prove convergence of versions of the Adams and Adams-Novikov
spectral sequences, and also investigate the 2-complete motivic
J-homomorphism in this context.
