After Publication
We will remove electronic preprints after publication at the request of the
author or the publisher, but it isn't clear that copyright law would apply to
the continued display of a preprint. Some journals certainly don't mind:
according to Richard S. Palais, <palais@binah.cc.brandeis.edu>, the
Council of the AMS has approved a change in AMS policy that specifically
permits authors of papers published by the AMS to leave their papers on a
preprint server after publication. You may wish to refer to the Consent to
Publish and Copyright Agreement the AMS uses.
