University parking garages (south-west
corner of 6th and John and north-east corner of 5th and Daniel) -
this is reserved parking but the top level has meters open to the public
all day; also the whole garage is open to the public after 5pm and on
weekends.
Public parking lot (west side of 6th between Green and Healey)
Parking meters can be found all over campustown; during the
conference UIUC is not in session, so free space should be easy to find.
For $6 one can buy a Daily Meter Use Permit

are 15+ Windows PCs. They have various applications installed; you will
be able to browse the internet and use ssh clients. NO LOGIN REQUIRED.
