Important information on reimbursement
- We will need a copy of your air ticket. If you have an e-ticket,
the best thing to do is to request a copy of your receipt at the airline
desk when you check in. If you have a paper ticket, we will make a photocopy
while you are here.
- We require receipts for lodging and for other expenses (e.g. rental car).
We do not need receipts for food.
- If you are a non-US citizen and you are coming from outside of the US,
then we will need all immigration documents (passports, visa if applicable) which
were required for you to enter the US.
- If you are a non-US citizen who is working or studying within the
US, then we need all of your current immigration documents in order to process the reimbursement.
- Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions about reimbursement.
