The Department of Mathematics at Illinois is excited to announce a new $300,000 endowment, the Mathematics Excellence Fund, created by the generosity of our supporters. This endowment will be used for the advancement of the department, especially by supplementing and helping create endowed scholarships, endowed fellowships, endowed professorships, and endowed chairs.

You can contribute to the Mathematics Excellence Fund online at http://www.math.uiuc.edu/gifts/onlinegifts.html. Annual giving to the Mathematics Excellence Fund will help build this endowment and support initiatives which are making the department strong.
