Math 415 C13, Fall 2008

Graded Homework

Please write your name and 415C13 on the top right corner of your homework.

Unless otherwise indicated, these problems are from the textbook Applied Linear Algebra by Olver and Shakiban, 2006. For example Section 1.2: 5 means problem 5 from section 1.2.

Note: This is not a complete list. It will be updated during the semester. Please check it often. But it is always best to come to class regularly.

Graded homework policy. The average of your graded homework grades will account for 20% of your final grade. The graded homework with your lowest grade will be dropped and not counted toward your homework average.
To receive full credit for your homework you need to return it in class at the indicated day, or 10 minutes before class in my mailbox in Altgeld Hall (math department) if you can't make it to class for that day. You can return your homework up to a week late for only half of the credit. You will not get any credit (you will get a zero) if you don't return it by then. Please write your name on every sheet of paper and staple them together too. Write only on one side of the paper. I suggest you use a black or blue ink pen. Do not write in red.
