Here's my CV

I'm currently retooling my research statement, so please be patient

Teaching

This semester (Spring 2008), I am in charge of a Calculus III recitation: Math 241 BD4

Mathematics

My research interests lie in the areas of symplectic and contact geometry/topology. In particular, my research often deals with symplectic and contact manifolds equipped with a suitably "nice" (Hamiltonian) Lie group action. Within this framework, I have studied certain types of geodesic flows on Riemannian manifolds. I am currently trying to generalize results in symplectic geometry to the presymplectic world, restricting attention to allow only prescribed degeneracies of a closed two-form.

I should probably say something about the University of Illinois not being responsible for any opinions or views or whatever expressed on this page. Hm, well I just did.
