• Course policies
  • There will be problem sessions at 3 PM on Wednesdays.
  • Homework: Assignments will be posted on the course web page on a weekly basis and will be collected every Monday.
  • Hour Exams: There will be three Hour Exams; tentative dates for these exams are June 30 (Exam 1) , July 21 (Exam 2), and August 4 (Exam 3).
  • Final Exam: The final exam will be held from 1 PM to 3 PM, Friday August 6.
  • No late homework is accepted unless you have a legitimate, documentable excuse.

• Grading:
  • 3 hour exams(16%,16%,16%)-48%
  • Final-30%
  • Homework-22%(The lowest score will be dropped): Maximum score for each homework is 20 points - 10 points for trying and 10 points for grading 2 specific problems.
  • 90-100% A
  • 80-89% B
  • 79-70% C
  • 60-69% D
  • 59 and below F
