To prepare a PC to do aszgard vcdual (a local phleet of two)
do all of this:

In aszgard/ aszgard_mini foyer:
* win_shell
* ipconfig --- host IP number
* host <IPnumber> --- name of computer, here katerskill.isl.uiuc.edu
* dname katerskill --- sets the name for SZG
* daddinterface internet 127.0.0.1  --- local loopback to avoid network
* dconfig ---
* start szgserver katerskill 8888 --- assign name and port, spawns shell! 
* unblock --- firewall for server
* (in original shell) 
* dlogin 127.0.0.1 8888 gfrancis --- dlogin katerskill w/o DNS won't work
* start szgd C:\aszgard_mini --- start demon with aszgard address, spawns shell
---  debaucherie needs to be adapted, use Connor's dbatch-file.xml in 
  aszgard foyer. But change the name of the computer throughout.
* dbatch debatchfile.xml
--- careful, don't write anything above first line, even comments.
* dget -a --- shows that debaucherie is OK
* dget -a virtual --- shows available virtual computers in this aszgard.
* dex vcdual atlantis  ---  spawns a simulator and 2nd viewport 
* dex vcsingle atlantis    --- both spawn a simulator and 2nd  viewport
