There are (at least) two different glut32.dll floating around.
The one in this directory works with practically all illimath rtica.exe
files, except when it doesn't. Here is a new glut32.dll, which you can
tell from its predecessor only by its size (it's bigger). It is called
newglut32.dll but you must rename it to just glut32.dll (and put it on
your path if you're using the cmd shell). Otherwise, plunk it into 
C:\windows\ since windows seems to look there regardless how you launch.
