Section 13.4. Focus on the examples (for example 4.3, setup only), which are good illustrations of the techniques for doing double integrals. You can skip the first part, which gives a formal definition of surface area and a derivation of the surface area formula. We will get to this again in a more general context in 14.6 in connection with surface integrals.
