Confirmed speakers:
Talks are on the Friday afternoon and Saturday
morning and afternoon, with no talks (in our session) on the Sunday morning.
Here is the

cancel); Maarten de Hoop speaks Saturday 3:30pm.
Travel information
Please book early (perhaps today) if you want a hotel close to campus.

The AMS gives rate
information for some hotels.
The airport code for Champaign-Urbana is CMI. Your best bet is to use
American Airlines, via Chicago. Otherwise try Northwest, via Detroit.
Or, you could fly to
Indianapolis and rent a car (easy 2 hour drive), or fly to Chicago Midway and
rent a car (2.5 hours drive) or fly to Chicago O'Hare or St. Louis
and rent a car (3 hours drive).
Flights to Champaign can be expensive,
and so you might consider flying to
Chicago and catching the shuttle
service from O'Hare or Midway (reservations required).

Associated meeting
The
Illinois/Missouri
Applied Harmonic Analysis Seminar
will take place on the morning of Friday 27 March, 2009,
at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Speakers in the AMS special session are invited to come early and attend the
IMAHA meeting. Funding is available to assist with
travel expenses, for participants based in the U.S.
