Assignment #1 Due Friday, Sept. 3: complete and write up five of the following six problems: 1.21, 1.24, 1.28, 1.49, 2.19, 2.22.

Assignment #2 Due Monday, Sept. 13: complete and write up five of the following six problems: 1.35, 1.39, 1.48, 2.26, 2.29, 2.32.
Assignment #3 Due Monday, Sept. 20: complete and write up problems
3.16, 3.26, 3.30, 3.57. [Note: this originally listed problem 3.27 instead of problem 3.30. It's correct now.]
Assignment #4 Due Wednesday, Sept. 29: complete and write up
problems 4.6, 4.9, 4.23, 4.46.
Assignment #5 Due Wednesday, Oct. 6: complete and write up

Assignment #8 Due Friday, Nov. 5: complete and write up a solution to Problem 8.1. Also, complete
and write up solutions to three of the following four problems: 8.9, 8.14,
8.22, 8.26.
Don't forget: There's a midterm on Monday, November 8.

Assignment #11 This is optional! You do not need to
turn it in (but
you should do the problems for your own benefit). 15.3, 15.8, 15.13. If
you're going to turn it in, it must be done on Wednesday, December 8.
