Directions on downloading and installing Varianto

• You'll need :
  • A Macintosh computer
  • HyperCard Player (for opening HyperCard stacks). HyperCard Player can be downloaded from here: http://download.info.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Apple_Software_Updates/English-North_American/Macintosh/Utilities/HyperCard/HyperCard_Player_2.4.smi.bin
  • A utility that can decode BinHex (e.g. StuffIt Expander)
• Read all the directions before proceeding.
• When you're on the above page, use "Save As" feature from the "File" menu of your browser and save it as text.
• Decode the saved file using StuffIt Expander or any other BinHex decoder.
• The decoder will generate a HyperCard stack file called "VARIANTO"
• Double-click on the icon or open the stack in your HyperCard Player.
• The instructions to playing the game are in the stack itself.
• Click here to actually get to the BinHex file of the game.
