Activities
Julian Palmore has served the past two years as director of the UI's
program in arms control, disarmament and international security. He has
participated during the past five years in many conferences at Wilton
Park, an academically independent agency of the British Foreign and Commonwealth
Office, where he has engaged in discussions on counter terrorism, missile
defense and missile proliferation, nuclear non-proliferation, and chemical/biological
weapons. He is a member of the collegiate of the Centre for Defense and
International Security Studies UK that jointly publishes the international
journal Defense & Security Analysis with the Center for Defense
and Global Security Analyses USA.
