This course will feature guest lecturers from Physics and Mathematics. The course will emphasize the great developments in mathematics and physics in history. Topics include Newtonian mechanics, relativity, quantum mechanics, topology, geometry, analysis, and the interrelations of fields in mathematics and physics. An emphasis will be placed on the problems that forced the creation of fields of mathematics and physics.
