    2. Non-Book Work: NOTE! Include sources! You can use the internet. Blogs are not allowable sources. Wikipedia is a good place to start to get an idea, but your references should be official .gov sites (or books).
      1. How many seats are in the electoral college currently? How often are the number of representatives given to a state changed?
      2. Describe the method used to determine number of reps per state
      3. 2 states divvy up the seats that they are given differently than the rest. Which are these? How do they do it? How would this method effect a place like Texas (with one or two very liberal towns and the rest very republican)?
