- How many seats are in the electoral college currently? How often are the number of representatives given to a state changed?
- Describe the method used to determine number of reps per state
- 2 states divvy up the seats that they are given differently than the rest. Which are these? How do they do it? How would this method effect a place like Texas (with one or two very liberal towns and the rest very republican)?
