Course Description: This is the third calculus course. Textbook is ``Calculus, Early Transcendentals’’ Stewart 4th Edition, and Chapter 12 - 15 will be covered.

Homework: Homework assignment will be given (posted on web) after each lecture. Students should practice homework problems immediately after each lecture. Questions and difficult problems will be discussed in the Discussion Sessions. Homework will not be collected.

Qizzes: A 10-15 minute quiz will be given in Discussion Sessions on every Thursday (at the end of class) except exam weeks. Ten best quizz grades will be counted to the final grade.

Exams:There will be two 50-minute exams and a 3-hour final exam.

1st Exam, Wednesday, October 1, 9:00-9:50 am
2nd Exam , Monday, November 3, 9:00-9:50 am
Above two exams will be at 100 Gregory Hall.
Final Exam, Friday, December 19, 7:00-10:00pm
Sections L1, M1, P1 will be at 66 Main Library;
Sections Q1, R1, S1, T1 will be at 100 Gregory Hall .
(Note: No calculator will be allowed in quizzes and exams.)

Grading policy:There will be total of 500 points computed as follows.

Total 500 pts

Your final grade will be based on the total scores.
