I posted some review problems for the final exam. Since I am not the one that assigns problems for the final, I cannot promise that any of these problems or even a problem similar to any of them will show up on Monday. But it is always a good idea to have lot of practice, so solving these problems should be very beneficial to you, especially that I am planning to post solutions on Saturday, so you can check your answers after you (at least try to) solve the problems yourself.

Since Math 221 AL1 TA meetings with the instructor will be held each Thursday at 11:00am, I had to change my office hours. New office hours are posted on my home page.

The on-line score reports are finally available. To view them, go to Math Department home page, select courses, and then score reports. I have already entered all your grades to date, including today's quiz scores.

I consulted Dr. Mortensen about homework grading policies and it appears that I was mistaken with my interpretation of course syllabus. Therefore, since everyone of you worked on all the problems, everyone that DID turn in their homework last Tuesday will receive full credit for that assignment. And starting from Homework Assignment #2 "do all the problems" does not mean "do them correct" but only "try as hard as you can to do them correct", which basically means that all you have to do is show that you worked on a particular assignment. Still I strongly discourage you from taking advantage of this grading policy by not trying hard enough. Your hard work will without a doubt pay off during quizzes, midterms and the final exam.
