Grading	In order to obtain credit for the course, a student has to take the final exam. The final grade is calculated as follows: Final exam : 50 percent Midterms: 40 percent (20% for each) Homework: 10 percent
Exams	The first midterm was in class on Wednesday, Feb, 21. The midterm I covers Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4. The second midterm was in class on Friday, April, 6. It covers Chapters 5, 6, 7, 8 The final exam covers Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14. For the MORNING CLASS from 10:00-10:50am, the final exam will be on Wednesday, May 9, from 7:00pm to 10:00pm in 143 Henry BlD. For the AFTERNOON CLASS from 2:00-2:50pm, the final exam will be on Wednesday, May 9, from 1:30pm to 4:30pm in 441 Altgeld.
