Grading	In order to obtain credit for the course, a student has to take the final exam. The final grade is calculated as follows: Final exam : 50 percent Midterms: 40 percent (20% for each) Homework: 10 percent
Exams	The first midterm will be on Wednesday, Sept., 26 in class. The first exam will cover Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4. The second midterm will be on Wednesday, Nov. 7 in class. It will cover Chapters 5, 6, 7, 8. The final will be on Dec. 15 from 1:30pm to 4:30pm in 149 Henry BLD. It will cover Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14.
Homework	Here is the assigned homework for the class. The homework assigned in each week will be due in class on the next Friday.
